What a preorder is
Every GLRY Heavyweight Hoodie in Drop 001 is sold as a preorder. You are buying an item that has not shipped yet and will ship at a later date.
Payment is collected now
Your card or wallet is charged the full amount (hoodie price, shipping, and any applicable tax) when you place your preorder, not when it ships. All charges are shown before you pay.
Estimated ship date
Preorders are currently estimated to ship a date that has not yet been announced; we will email every customer as soon as it is set. Estimates can change due to production or carrier delays. If the estimate changes, we will email you with the updated timeline.
Cancel any time before shipment
You can cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email the contact email listed in our site footer with your order number.
If we can't fulfill your order
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your preorder, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Limits
Quantities for each color and size may be limited. Your item is reserved for you only once payment is completed.
