Cancellations before shipment
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Returns after delivery
Unworn, unwashed hoodies with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email the contact email listed in our site footer with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help with an exchange, subject to availability.
Defective or incorrect items
If your hoodie arrives defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only for cancellations before shipment or defective/incorrect items.
