Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

When orders ship

All Drop 001 orders are preorders. They are estimated to ship a date that has not yet been announced; we will email every customer as soon as it is set. Orders ship in the sequence production allows, and we will email you when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change it before your order ships, email the contact email listed in our site footer. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact the contact email listed in our site footer with your order number and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
